I'm having trouble logging in

  • If you have an easyjet.com email address, you should log in via the orange "Log in" button. If you get an error message stating you were logged in but don't have an account, please send an email to the CBT team (cbtrecurrenttraining@easyjet.com) letting them know, and they will be able to set up your account for you. For any other issues please raise a ticket with us and we'll help.
  • If you do not have an easyjet.com email address, you will need to log in via the "Log in with e-mail button". If you cannot remember your password, you can click the "Choose a new Password" on the next page to reset it.
